LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certification granted by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), which is an internationally recognized green building certification system aimed at improving performance in energy savings, water efficiency and carbon emission reduction, while improving indoor environmental quality and comfort.
