During the process of employement, initial interview is conducted by the HR personnel, and candidates deemed suitable are applied a personality inventory test. Following this stage, second interview is conducted by management of the unit to which the candidate may be assigned. Those selected will have their references examined, and a report outlining all stages of candidate’s employment process is presented for evaluation to the highest authority of the unit concerned. Finally, a job offer is made to the candidate approved.
